DAY 3,
So today is a Monday . I love a Monday , I see a Monday as a complete reset ! A time to start a whole new week and smash new goals.
One thing I want to discuss today and share with you is something I heard whilst watching a YouTube video on someone's recovery from disordered eating . One thing mentioned was that if you can stop purging then naturally the binge eating slows down and the amount you binge will reduce . Now this really intrigues me and it's something that I've not tried before . We are all about trial and error over here . I am willing to give everything a go. But how do I ensure that I can remove the urge to purge , as I can tell myself now that if I relapse and binge then I won't purge but then actually doing this is something very different in the moment . So I've told myself every time I purge after a binge I have to give my loved one £50. This should provide me with that intrinsic motivation I need !
